With the capabilities to inspect buildings for potential buyers of commercial buildings, we provide full reports to assist in negotiations. We work with a team of architects and structural engineers who can provide further assistance and stamped drawings. The writing of detailed specifications for future repair projects is another one of the services we provide. The thrust of Hart’s services is on exterior conditions but we can also provide reports on HVAC and other interior elements of the building.
